A couple of interesting Supreme Court rulings yesterday.  First, they decided (by a 5-4 vote, thanks very much to everyone who helped Bush steal two elections) that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chron.com\/disp\/story.mpl\/ap\/tx\/4918974.html\">there&#8217;s no such thing as free speech anymore<\/a>, and you can&#8217;t hold up a &#8220;bong hits for Jesus&#8221; sign on public property.  Then they ruled (yep, 5-4) that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/feeds\/ap\/2007\/06\/25\/ap3855296.html\">American citizens don&#8217;t have the right<\/a> to file a law suit against the <strike>king<\/strike> executive branch.  They also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csmonitor.com\/2007\/0626\/p01s01-uspo.html\">wiped out a provision<\/a> of the already inadequate McCain Feingold campaign finance bill (do I need to say it was 5-4?).  And, again by a 5-4 vote, the Supremes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allheadlinenews.com\/articles\/7007746960\">ruled to neuter federal regulators<\/a>, to the benefit of developers (say, &#8220;bye-bye&#8221; to the Endangered Species Act).
