Right off, I&#8217;d say they pretty much suck.  Apparently, you have to look directly at what you want to see.  I understood about the up and down part, but had no clue you couldn&#8217;t look left or right, either.  That sucks.  One of my best abilities is being able to look at stuff out of the sides of my eyes.  Now, if I wanna check out a hot babe, I&#8217;ll have to look directly at her.  This isn&#8217;t cool.  I&#8217;m nothing if not discrete.  Oh well, supposedly you get used to it.
