Those of us here in the Northeast are getting ready to get dumped on with snow later on tonight. If we get the winds and snow they’re predicting, it’s gonna be a blizzard. So, time to get the gas tank(s) filled up, and buy whatever we need to buy to make it through a couple of days, just in case the streets become impassible. We’ll see. They often make a big deal out of this stuff, only to see a less than impressive storm. So, we’ll see. For me, up to about 15″ is an inconvenience. When you get over that, it becomes kind of a pain in the ass. As long as the Satellite dish stays intact, and the Internet keeps working, I really don’t care what it does. If it’s bad enough come Monday morning, maybe I’ll even get a day off. But I doubt it. <\/p>\n
Anyhow, I reckon we’d better get out there and fill up the gas tanks, buy beer and lottery tickets, and look up the HD teevee listings (maybe even rent a couple HD DVDs). Y’all stay safe and warm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
