So, whattya think? McCain-Lieberman ’08? Has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? A real “bipartisan” ticket. Congratulations to Chis Dodd, on forcing Reid to pull the godawful telecom immunity bill, even if it’s just temporary. It was really great of the Democratic “frontrunners” to come help Dodd out (not), wasn’t it? Especially Obama. He talks a great game – lauds himself for speaking out against Iraq at a time when he wasn’t in a position to actually make a difference – but never saw a war appropriations bill he didn’t like, and was downright irritated when his constituents forced him to support a filibuster of Scalito (which he preemptively disavowed even before he bothered voting). Oh well, whattya gonna do? Everybody should slip Dodd a couple of bucks, if you can afford it.
