Here, it&#8217;s warm and wet and green, which reminds me of our refrigerator after the power was off for two weeks back in September of &#8217;98. Except that was really stinky, too. I didn&#8217;t hear Santa on the roof last night, and it occurs to me that I forgot to pull the pellet stoves out of the fireplace, so I reckon we were passed by once again. Good thing &#8211; the only cookies we had to leave out for him were dog cookies.
