Since the 9<sup>th<\/sup> Circuit says <a href=\"http:\/\/www.computerworld.com\/action\/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&#038;taxonomyName=storage&#038;articleId=9079738&#038;taxonomyId=19&#038;intsrc=kc_top\">they don&#8217;t need reasonable suspicion (let alone probable cause) to search &#8211; and confiscate &#8211; your laptop at the border<\/a>, I don&#8217;t think we&#8217;ll be bringing ours along with us.  I don&#8217;t have anything illegal on mine, but would just as soon not be without it for months just because they think I don&#8217;t look quite right or something.
