Today, I await the delivery of my Big Kahuna, 65,000 BTU propane burner. That should cut my brewing time down considerably (plus I can hang out and brew in the back yard). Fortunately, it’s coming via UPS and not FedEx, so I anticipate that it’ll actually be delivered to the correct address. Now I just have to get this day over with.
