We’ll be taking off for Canada as soon as I get home from work tonight. Since the 9^th Circuit says they don’t need reasonable suspicion (let alone probable cause) to search – and confiscate – your laptop at the border, I don’t think we’ll be bringing ours along with us. I don’t have anything illegal on mine, but would just as soon not be without it for months just because they think I don’t look quite right or something.
